TAM Docents: Docents needed for Saturday, March 13 and March 20

Hello Docents-

Tours, tours, tours! We have 2 tours scheduled on March 13 and 2 tours for March 20 that need additional coverage. If possible, we are looking for 3 docents per tour so that the groups of 60 can be broken down into groups of 20. This is a group of Japanese speakers who are learning English. They need very simply spoken tours that they can follow. I currently need 2 more docents to cover these tours, if you are available.

TAM Docents: Animals 4 Questions

Hello Docents-

I was just able to procure the 4 Questions for The Secret Language of Animals. I hope that it is useful as you plan your tours.

Our training for this exhibition is next Wednesday, February 3 from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm. Sorry it could not be sooner but Rock is out of town this week.

Thank you,

-Jana

TAM Docents: Final Checklist for Animals

Hello Docents-

Thanks to all of you who attended last Saturday’s training on color theory led by Terry Dew. I think that you will agree that she did an AMAZING job!

I have attached the Final Checklist for The Secret Language of Animals. The exhibition is great and I am looking forward to hearing how the public is responding to it. Any feedback you ever have regarding our exhibitions is appreciated. After every exhibition, the staff does an evaluation so your feedback would be great to include. I already pass along what I hear but I suspect that you all have wonderful stories to tell and insights to share that I would be delighted to include.

Thank you,

-Jana
