TAM Docents: FYI, re tours
Hello Docents-
Margaret has asked me to send a reminder to be conscious of how we interact with groups in the galleries. The example below pertains to school tours but I think it is a good reminder, even where group tours are concerned, to be aware of where we are choosing to stop and how to maneuver with groups.
Thank you!

Subject: FYI, re tours
Hi all,
A general reminder about tour groups in the galleries. Jana could you please forward this to the docents as well?
I was looking at touch reports for the galleries and noticed that several times in the last few weeks someone had their school tour group sit down in the "Concise History" exhibition near or in front of the title wall and when the students stood up to go after their orientation, several backed into and/or bumped the big Michael Brophy painting on the title wall.
So please be aware of your surroundings when placing your student groups. Thank you very much.
Margaret
