New Schedules starting September

Hello Docents,

 

Starting next week, please start using your new schedules. Copies of the calendar are attached to this email. They have been updated on Volgistics this morning; please let me know if you have a questions or concern about your shift. For docents-in-training or any docent who would like to pick up another docent shift, the following shifts are available:

                2^nd Saturday 12-4 pm

                3^rd Saturday 12-4 pm

                5^th Wednesday 12-4 pm

                5^th Thursday 12-4 pm

                5^th Saturday 12-4 pm

 

Also, this is a reminder that we have a docent training next Wednesday, September 3 at 10:30 am. We will meet in the Gates Art Resource Center and then head down to the galleries for the docent presentations. Please come prepared to talk about your assigned artists. If you have not received an artist to research but would like to do so, please email me.
