TAM Docents: Evaluation Forms for May

Hello Docents-

Another topic that came up in today’s training was that of the Docent Evaluations in May. I have attached a copy of the evaluation forms (both self-evaluations and peer evaluations are on the same document). For new docents, I will ask that both be filled out and returned to me. For veteran docents who have been through this process before, you may choose to do the self-evaluation or skip it, your choice. Everyone is asked to partner up with a peer and do a peer evaluation and have that turned in to me by the end of May. If you have any questions about this process, please let me know.

Thank  you!

-Jana

TAM Docents: VTS Follow-up

Hello Docents-

As a follow-up to today’s VTS training, I have attached the “VTS Understanding the Basics” article in its entirety for your reading pleasure, along with, a copy of the questions that Courtney passed around. Thanks to all that came and for the very stimulating conversations that ensued!

Best,

-Jana
