I caught a typo. I meant to say Monday, June 25th, not June 23rd! I had my July calendar open and got all confused! I am sorry, so please let me know by Monday, June 25th if you have any changes to this schedule.

Subject: Proposed Docent Public Tours for Chihuly
Hello Docents-
I have started the process of scheduling the public docent Chihuly Walking Tours for July. Before I get much further, I would like you to review what I have so far. Be sure to look for your name on the list and get it on your calendar. These will be up on the website which means that visitors will be able to buy tickets on-line to join these tours. It also means we don’t know if any will sell at all and people can pay at the desk that day. There is a 25 participant limit to any of the tours. I have copied the info below and attached it in case you want to print it out without all of my gibberish. Now is the time to have me make changes so PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Please let me know by Monday, June 23rd if you have any changes to this schedule. I will be making the schedule final Tuesday, June 24th. Once these tours start selling, we can’t cancel them because that is bad form. I need to know that they will be covered. I want to make sure you feel good about this before I post these live online. Also remember that group tours will likely be getting booked for these days as well.
