TAM docents: Exhibition resources and docent calendar

Hello excellent docents:

Attached are a number of resources for you. First, as promised, the dedicated Ms. Kara B. has transcribed the Kenna audio guide for this second rotation. Thanks again Kara! Also attached are the label texts for the glass pieces from TAM’s collection that are newly installed in the lobby cases. (If you were here during that installation process over the last 2 weeks, you may have had a couple nail-biting moments as our far-more-coordinated-than-me curatorial team installed some of the more fragile pieces!)

I’m also pasting below the calendar for the next month. Remarkably, there is only one needed shift on here right now: as a special treat, the museum will be open to the public for Presidents Day on Monday, February 18, and we are hoping to be fully volunteer-staffed. Please let me know if you can be here that day.

Finally, I wanted to remind you that we do NOT have our next regular Wednesday training on Feb 13, but that instead you are strongly encouraged to attend Eric Shiner’s lecture on Sat, Feb 9, at 2 pm, on The Art and Life of Andy Warhol.
