TAM Docents: Helen Drutt Labels and Wall Text

Hello Docents-

Attached are the Labels and Intro Text for the Helen Drutt exhibition. I just had a sneak peek and it looks great! The challenge will be how we tour this exhibition and I am going to ask you to read through the attached materials, view the show and come up with some touring strategies to share on Monday, June 15 when we have the walk-through with Rock at 10:30 am. I think it might be helpful for us to share our ideas with Rock at the training to see if we are moving in the right direction because there are too many pieces to go through bit by bit. We will use most of our time brainstorming and coming up with workable approaches to such a large show.

TAM Docents: Docent Needed Wednesday, June 10

Hello Docents-

I am in desperate need of a docent to do a general museum tour on Wednesday, June 10^th from 12:30 – 1:30 pm for a group of 14 business people who are then going to offer up their time to do some volunteer work for the museum as a team building exercise. I will be on vacation from June 6 – June 14 and I will look forward to seeing you all at training on June 15 at 10:30 am when we walk through the Drutt Collection with Rock.
