Tour: Tuesday, September 12 at 1 pm

Hi Ellen and Margaret,

A group tour is scheduled to happen on Tuesday, September 12 at 1 pm for 25-30 adults – I was thinking that the two of you could split the group. Please confirm that you can do this.

 

The group is the UWT library staff and they will be on their annual retreat. There will be 25-30 adults (library staff and work-study students). And they would like a General Museum tour plus a tour and introduction of the ARC. I am still checking with Jana who the ARC volunteer will be on that day, and I will let you know.

Docent Needed: Tuesday, October 24 from 1-5

Can anyone do a docent shift (or trade a shift) on Tuesday, October 24 from 1:00 – 5:00 pm?

It is important that we try to have docents available for all shifts.
