TAM: Suzanne Moore interview

You can thank Gaard for this one.

I stumbled across an interview this afternoon with Suzanne Moore on KUOW's Sound Focus. If anyone is interested, you can listen to the entire show at  http://www.kuow.org/search.php?txtKeyWordSearch=suzanne+moore&slBeginMonthSearch=7&slBeginDaySearch=9&slBeginYearSearch=2008&slEndMonthSearch=7&slEndDaySearch=9&slEndYearSearch=2008&slTimeSearch=13-15&slShowSearch=SF&slHostSearch=All&slCategorySearch=2&chSummaries=on&slPageResults=20&page=1&go.x=32&go.y=12. Fast forward to about the 14 minute mark to reach the start of the interview with Ms. Moore.

TAM: how to tour Janet Cardiff's Forty Part Motet

Hello,

A few of you have asked questions about how to tour the Forty Part Motet.

I recommend that you allow and encourage visitors to experience the piece first. Then you can answer questions or discuss the piece afterwards. Please also do your discussing outside of the gallery in order to respect other visitors who may be listening to the piece. The Forty Part Motet is an intimate experience, especially when seeing it for the first time – please remember and respect this.

Thanks for your time!

TAM: who is the third American

The three Americans working on The Saint John’s Bible are Suzanne Moore (from Vashon Island, Washington), Diane von Arx (from Minnesota), and Thomas Ingmire (from San Francisco).

Many of them have personal websites that you may want to explore.

Thanks,
