TAM: Sept. 13 potluck info

On Saturday, September 13, after a training session with Don Fels in the gallery, we will be sharing a potluck lunch together to socialize and also thank the calligraphers who were temporary docents over the summer. At least two of them have decided to continue with us as docents too!

Saturday, September 13, 10 am - 2 pm

What is a Trade? training by Don Fels

Location: Classroom & Gallery

And afterwards, we will have lunch together!

You are welcome to bring a partner or any other special person who you would like to meet your fellow docents.

What should you bring?

If your last name begins with:

  • A-H – please bring a main dish
  • I-P – please bring a dessert
  • Q-Z – please bring a side dish

Tacoma Art Museum will provide refreshments, cutlery, plates, glasses.

Please note that all food should be ready to serve. We will have access to the microwave and fridge (which is usually quite full) on the admin level lunch room for re-heating or other preparations.

Thanks for your time!

TAM: note takers needed for September

Please let me know if you would be willing to take notes any of the September trainings and share them with the entire docent group.

This has been well-received and I plan to continue doing it as a routine.

Thank you!
