Hi Jana,

The following group tomorrow is now wondering if they can get a docent for tomorrow for their tour because the group leader is sick. There are no docents on the calendar for tomorrow, so I going to assume the answer is no. I wanted to ask to see if there is anything that you think we can do.

Thanks,

Megan

FW: TAM Docents: Painting change in Impressionist exhibition

Hello Docents-

I stand corrected. The Neddy is on Saturday (as stated in the invite) not Friday! Sorry for any confusion.

Hi all,

Just an FYI that our Degas fan painting that has been on view in "The Movement of Impressionism" needed to rest, so it has been taken down and replaced with an early Mary Cassatt painting of women in a garden.

A note to whoever choreographs the lobby slide show--the Degas fan is the lead image for the Impressionist show so you will need to switch that out.

Thanks

Margaret

TAM Docents: Doing anything this Saturday 6/5?

Hello Docents-

I need a volunteer for this Saturday just to help with a lecture. I would normally send this request out to all volunteers but, having neglected to do that, I thought I would check with you first to see if you would like to come be part of the symposium on Animals in Storytelling Traditions occurring this Saturday from 1 – 5 pm. I would need a volunteer for at least 12:30 – 1:15 pm but wouldn’t turn my nose up if someone wanted to stay for the whole thing. It should be great!

Thank you,

-Jana
