TAM Docents: HELP!! Docent Tours!

Hello Docents,

Now I am going to start begging for your help!

If you are available to help out with the following tour, it would be greatly appreciated! It is a week away and we still are need of a docent! There will be a special gift for the person that is able to help out with this tour!

We are also looking for one more docent to help on Saturday, May 12^th, from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm to with potential HIDE/SEEK tours. This is in conjunction with the Queering the Museum Symposium. This is a good opportunity to take on if you are interested in hearing Jonathan Katz speak again, as there may not be a tour to take around.

Symposium: Queering the Museum
Friday-Saturday, May 11–12 at Henry Art Gallery, Seattle

Join partners at UW Seattle and representatives from the museum community for a Friday evening and Saturday morning program examining what it takes to bring an exhibition focused on gay themes to the public. What is the current status of LGBTQ issues in the museum community, and where are we going? Examine these questions and others, then travel to Tacoma Saturday afternoon to view the HIDE/SEEK exhibition in person. UW-facilitated travel may be available for those who need it.
