Thank you so much for attending yesterday’s docent lecture/training. From what I understand, you learned quite a bit about the Pruzan collection, which is wonderful! Attached to this email you will find the Pruzan checklist, final gallery texts, and other pertinent information. Let me know if you have trouble opening these attachments. As always, they will be available to view in the docent binder located in the ARC!
On June 25th, we will be attending a tour of the NIHON/WA exhbition at the White River Valley Museum. As a reminder, this tour will be starting at 12P. So far, we have seven docents who have RSVPed with me.
If you are planning on attending, please reply to this email as soon as you can! If you would like to carpool, please let me know! Auburn may only be 20 minutes away, but factoring in the possibility of traffic and finding parking [their spaces are limited], I’m thinking that meeting at TAM at 11:15A will give us a safe amount of time to gather ourselves and arrive on time. Let me know if you are planning on meeting us at White River Valley Museum or if, generally, you would like to drive yourself so we aren’t waiting for you! I will be emailing again at the end of the month so you are able to see what shifts are still needed before July kicks off. Enjoy your week!
