Lots of Tours and Docent Shifts that need YOU!

Hello Docents,

 

I have a variety of Group Tours and Open Shifts that I really need your help with. Please let me know if you are able to help out with any of the following:

 

I have two public docent tours coming up that people have already purchased tickets for and I am in desperate need of a docent.

 

·         Public Lead Docent Tour

Norman Rockwell and Small-Town America, Wednesday, May 11, 2011, from 1pm to 2pm. So far we have 4 people signed up for this tour. As you know these are very popular day of tours and usually sell out! If you are in need of information to lead this tour you may contact Rose Oliveira.

 

·         Public Lead Docent Tour

Norman Rockwell and the Saturday Evening Post, Saturday, May 14, 2011, from 2 pm to 3 pm. We have 20 people signed up!! If you are in need of some information to lead this tour you may contact Linda Flatley or Gaard Logan.

 

I need one docent for the following evening tours. You be providing two 15 min overview tours on the Norman Rockwell exhibition at 6:15 pm and 6:30 pm:

Date & Time:               Wednesday, May 4, 2011,from 6:15 pm to 6:30 pm and 6:30 pm to 6:45 pm

Guest Count:               around 30 per tour

 

 

I also have the following group tour on May 21^st that needs one docent. If you are interested in this tour you may also be interested in the open shift as well from 11 am to 3 pm.
