Help needed for tomorrow night!

Hello Docents,

 

I have just received a last minute update that we are in need of another docent to help out tomorrow night with the following group: (This group has now grown to 40 people)

Date & Time:               April 14^, 2011, from 5:50 pm to 6:50 pm

Guest Count:               40

 

If anyone is available to help out with this large group tour that would be greatly appreciated!!

 

I also need one docent to help out Linda Flatley with the following tour:

Date & Time:               April 28, 2011, from 10:30 am to 11:30 pm

One docent is needed for the following tour:

Date & Time:               May 26, 2011, from 5:20 pm to 5:20 pm

Guest Count:               10

 

I also have a public docent tour on May 14^th that needs a docent from 2 pm to 3 pm the topic is Norman Rockwell and the Saturday Evening Post. We already have some people signed up, so it should be a great tour!

 

Lastly I do have some docent shifts that need filling:

Saturday, May 21, 2011, from 11 am to 3 pm
