TAM Docents: Woodblock multiple color printing slide show

Hello Docents-

Below is a link that Elizabeth has been so kind as to share with all of us. Enjoy!

I wanted to let you know, for those who have been interested, Dancing with the Tacoma Stars was great fun last night – lots of adrenaline and shaky legs the first dance though. Thanks to the support of friends and family, I walked away with the People's Choice Award (a personal Karaoke machine).

Take care!

Jana:

Here's a great link to share with the other docents.

Another great step-by-step woodblock series from the Fitzwilliam Museum, University of Cambridge, England.

http://www.fitzmuseum.cam.ac.uk/pharos/sections/making_art/index_japan.html.

I continue to research information on the woodblock process and history.

I'm so glad TAM is sharing their wonderful collection with our community.

Elizabeth
