TAM Docents: Nov. 3 visit to WSHM
Hello Docents-
Magda from the History Museum has sent a nice email outlining the order of events to take place during the November 3 training. Please confirm with me if you are planning to attend (it is required) and if you plan to stay for lunch (not required) so that I can give Magda a heads up for catering.
Thank you,
-Jana

Subject: Nov. 3 TAM visit
Hello Jana and Docents,
TAM Docents History lab
November 3, 2010
10:30-12:30
We are looking forward to having our docents participate in the joys of museum edutainment learning in our History Lab Learning Center on November 3, 2010.
We'll meet you in the Grand Lobby at the History Museum no later than 10:30 a.m. I'll bring you to our education department to have an opportunity to shed coats, drop off lunches, meet volunteers, and have a cup a Joe. We'll then head up to the 5th floor History Lab where we'll spend ~ 1 1/2 hours in the Lab. For anyone who's interested, we'll enjoy a bag lunch in our boardroom following the Lab experience. We’ll provide refreshments.
Bring your lunch, energy, and inner child. Our History Lab is an exciting place to play and learn - for all ages! We look forward to your visit. Please let me know approximately how many docents you will bring. We can accommodate up to 35 comfortably.
Best,
Magda
