TAM Docents: UWT Art & Artists
Hello Docents-
For those of you who were not able to join us last week for our art scavenger hunt at UWT last week, we had fun and several challenges. One would think that being armed with a map would help in finding the art but, I assure you, that is not necessarily the case.
For all of you, I have attached the UWT tour flyer and some biographical info on most of the artists. If you decide to embark on the adventure of searching out the artworks, I would like to recommend you check in with one of us who went on the tour as we can certainly offer some pointers to help you in your quest!
Reminder: on Wednesday, April 15, we have the glass tour at MOG to learn a bit more about the process of creating glass art. That will occur at 10 am at MOG. For those who want to walk over as a group, I will leave the Tacoma Art Museum Security entrance at 9:45 am promptly. If I do not see you there, I will hope to see you in the MOG lobby at 10 am.
