TAM Docents: Training on Monday, March 23

Attached is some information on touring techniques. For the second half of our training, I would like to spend some time discussing how tours are going for the Biennial and, time permitting, Speaking Parts. Think about the approaches that work well and some things that haven’t been as effective so that insights can be shared. This will be more of an open discussion. I found the article attached useful in describing the 2 basic tour styles that we tend to offer and to offer up some good approaches and I wanted to include them in with our discussion.
