M-Space Summer Class Schedule

INTRODUCTION TO GLASSBLOWING
9AM – 1PM JUNE 12 – JULY 17 (SATURDAYS)
This six-week class begins with the basics and also introduces students to color application and more advanced vessels such as vases. No experience necessary. Ages 13 and up. Six students maximum. Instructor Shannon Eakins is a professional glassblower with a degree in glass from Ohio State University.

INTRODUCTION TO GLASSBLOWING SHORT COURSE
6PM – 10PM JUNE 17 – JULY 8 (THURSDAYS)
This four-week class gives people the opportunity to learn the basics of glass without committing to a 6-week class. Students will make solid forms as well as vessels. No experience necessary. Ages 13 and up. Three students maximum. Instructor Oliver Doriss is a member of both the Museum of Glass and Chihuly glassblowing teams. He has a degree in glass from Massachusetts College of Art.
