TAM Docents: Can you provide notes from Jan 11 training?

Hello Docents-

I am wondering if any of you have notes from Randy Hyde's January 11 training on how to handle emotional situations that you would be willing to share in a typed format or if you would be willing to type those up and send them to me? Please let me know if you can be of help with this.
