Hello Docents-

I am conducting a bit of research here. I have discovered a way to send a calendar to you; however, I need your feedback to see if this is accessible to you from home and how useful you feel the information is. I know that since we haven't been able to access the calendar online that there has been some angst (I have certainly felt it anyway!) This method of sending it out would only be as accurate as the day it is sent and would not reflect changes made at later dates. Please let me know what you think. If this looks like it would be useful to receive, I can start including it each month (though I may need to be reminded at first!) It would include the Public Docent Tours and who the docent would be but I wouldn't include other booked tours because it is just too much input. So don't hold back, just let me know what you think.

Also, I plan on setting up times for Public Docent Tours for the Biennial and HIDE/SEEK (which is how I ran across this option of sending calendars in the first place). I can get those dates out to you as soon as I have them. I will just go ahead and schedule tours during your shifts as I have done in the past. This time I am not asking you to submit dates and times since both methods of booking the Public Docent Tours have been equally successful in their fulfillment.
