TAM Docents: Training Calendar

Hello Docents-

I still have a very abbreviated training calendar for you but, perhaps, that is a relief given how busy you have all been giving Rockwell tours! Rather than send an attachment for this small amount of information, I have copied it below. I still haven’t nailed down a trip to the Boathouse but that is in the works and I will send out the date when I can get Britt from Chihuly Studios on the phone (we’ve been in an active game of phone tag for weeks). So, more to come.

Mark your calendars to save the following dates and times.

Please notify Jana (272.4258 x3030 or JWennstrom@TacomaArtMuseum.org) in advance if you are unable to attend a required training.

Required Training

Any time you can arrange with another docent during April

During the month of April, pair up with another docent and do a tour – even if it is just for the other docent (act as you would with a visitor). Assess touring technique for peer and self-evaluation. This is also your chance to let me know what you would like more training opportunities in too.
