WSHM Quilt exhibitions open on September 15!

A reminder that The Evolution of the Art Quilt and Washington’s Historic Quilts open at Washington State History Museum on September 15.  Both exhibitions promise to be interesting and informative, offering background on techniques and the history of quilting.  We encourage you to visit these exhibitions as part of your independent study for Gee’s Bend: the Architecture of the Quilt.  Call one of your fellow docents and make a date!  Don’t forget to bring your Tacoma Art Museum badge to receive complimentary admission.
