3 Docents Needed for tour: Sat. Sept. 30 for 120 Japanese students

Can anyone do tours on Saturday, September 30 from approximately 12:30 to 3:00 pm?

The tour is for a group of 120 female, Japanese students who are in the U.S. learning English. The group has requested 3 docents who are mindful of the fact that these are Japanese women who speak very little English. These students are just looking to receive the basic information about the art in the galleries.

The group of 120 will be split into two groups of 60, and they will alternate between Tacoma Art Museum and the Washington State History Museum. Each group of 60 will be further split into three smaller groups with one docent for each group of 20 students. The first group of 60 will arrive at Tacoma Art Museum at 12:45 pm, and the second group of 60 will arrive at 2 pm. This group has visited Tacoma Art Museum in the past, at least four or five times with different students each time, so they are familiar with the museum and how we do tours.

Please reply only if you are available, and I will confirm whether or not you are needed.

Thanks for your time!
