URGENT Tour Requests

Hello TAM Docents,

 

I have some urgent tour requests below. Please review and let me know if you can lead any of the tours below.

Date and Time: Thursday, May 14 @ 6:45-8:00pm

Number of Attendees: TBD but likely 40-55

Tour Type: Eloquent Objects

Docent:  NEED. First tour is from 7-7:25 pm and second tour is from 7:30-7:55 pm.

Notes: Their event begins at 6pm with cocktails and remarks.

Date and Time: Friday, May 15^th @ 12:30 pm

Number of Attendees: ~11

Lunch in Café: Lunch in Café please reserve a spot for 10 at 11:30 am

Tour Type: O’Keeffe

Docent:  NEED

Date and Time: Thursday, May 21^st @ 1:00 pm

Number of Attendees: ~ 12

Lunch in Café: Group will be brining lunch from home but would like to eat in atrium at 12:00pm.

Tour Type: O’Keeffe & Chihuly

Docent:  NEED

Notes: VS staff please set aside the four wheelchairs for members of the group to use upon arrival.

Date and Time: Thursday, May 21^st, 6:00 pm

Number of Attendees: ~50

Tour Type: Eloquent Objects: Georgia O’Keefe and Contemporaries

Museum Contact: Amy or Hannah

Docent:  NEED 2

Notes: One tour should begin at 6:00 pm and the other docent should lead a tour at 6:15 pm.
