TAM Docent: Docent Tour Needs
Hello Docents,
I have a few upcoming tours I need you help with. If you are available to help out with one of the following tours please let me know.

Date & Time: Thursday, April 19th, 2012, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am
Guest Count: *5 (up to 10)
We are also looking for two docents to help on Saturday, May 12th, from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm to with potential HIDE/SEEK tours. This is in conjunction with the Queering the Museum Symposium. This is a good opportunity to take on if you are interested in hearing Jonathan Katz speak again as there may not be a tour to take around.
Symposium: Queering the Museum
Friday-Saturday, May 11–12 at Henry Art Gallery, Seattle
Join partners at UW Seattle and representatives from the museum community for a Friday evening and Saturday morning program examining what it takes to bring an exhibition focused on gay themes to the public. What is the current status of LGBTQ issues in the museum community, and where are we going? Examine these questions and others, then travel to Tacoma Saturday afternoon to view the HIDE/SEEK exhibition in person. UW-facilitated travel may be available for those who need it.
