Open Shifts and Tours

Hello Docents,

 

I have a few more tours I have added to my list that I really really need your help with.

 

I am still looking for one more docent to help out with this large group tour coming up in two weeks:

 

Tour Type:                  Chihuly NW Tour + Walking Tour

Date & Time:               August 27, 2011, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am

I need two docents to help out with the following evening tour.

Tour Contact:              Kristie Worthy x3017

Organization:               Boeing Management Association 

Date & Time:               Saturday, September 24, 2011, from 5:30 pm to 6:10 pm

Guest Count:               40

 

I also have two Public Docent Tours that need a docent:

 

I need one docent to help out with the following Public Docent Tour and/or open shift on August 20^th:

 

Saturday, August 20^th

Docent Shift: 11 am to 3 pm

Public Docent Tour:  Chihuly Walking Tour, from 1 pm to 2 pm

 

I need one docent to help out with the following Public Docent Tour and/or open shift on August 31^st:

 

Wednesday, August 31^st  

Docent Shift: 11 am to 3 pm

Public Docent Tour:  Chihuly Walking Tour, from 1 pm to 2 pm

 

Thank you again for all your help! Group tours are slowly starting to pick up again. I do not think we will become as busy as we were during Rockwell, but at least we are picking up! We could not do it with all of you!!
