upcoming exhibition trainings

We hope you have been enjoying the quilts of Gee’s Bend and look forward to seeing all of you at Sunday’s program!

 

Here is an update on the content of upcoming exhibition trainings:

 

Required	Monday, October 1,      10 am-12 pm Wed, October 3,      5:30-7:30 pm	Gallery Walkthrough & Touring Workshop: Gee’s Bend: The Architecture of the Quilt, September 22 – December 9, 2007, led by Rock Hushka and Susan Burnham On Monday, October 1, Gee’s Bend quilters Mary Lee Bendolph and Nettie Young will also join in the gallery walkthrough.
Required	Monday, October 15, 10:30 am-12:30 pm Wed, October 17,     5:30-7:30 pm	Gallery Walkthrough & Touring Workshop: Cecilia Beaux, American Figure Painter, September 29 – January 6, 2008, led by Margaret Bullock, Curator of Collections and Special Exhibitions, and Susan Burnham.

 

As always, please make arrangements with Heide in advance if you are unable to attend training.
