Sorry + Fixed Out-of-Office loop from Penny Hulse

Sorry about the multiple messages that Penny Hulse's email system delivered.

Most systems do that only one time - but her office/domain/email
system is not setup like that.

I have fixed the problem. Won't happen again.

But it means - when you reply to a mailing list message - the reply
won't be going to the entire group - the Reply-To will (by default)
have the message author's name. If you want your reply to go to the
entire group, please use tamdocents@googlegroups.com
