RE: TAM Docents: Tour Change Information
We will find out for sure at the March 2 training. I am still waiting to see myself. I believe they will have to pay for the audio guide at the desk, take a voucher up to the start of the exhibition (Boeing/Weyerhaeuser), and then return them at the end (Russell).

Where will they be checking out the audio players? And returning them?

Hello Docents-
I wanted to respond to Sanjeev's question below for all of you since you
may be wondering the same thing. The vision is that visitors will be
entering Rockwell at one point and exiting at another. Part of the
motivation for this will be the retrieval of checked out audio guides.
When you lead Rockwell tours, if you notice that the entrance point
(Boeing/ Weyerhaeuser) is backed up, you may choose to begin your tour
up in the Russell Gallery with the Saturday Evening Posts, which is an
encouraged approach. So groups will have a bit more flexibility
(provided they are being led by a docent) but all others will have
prescribed entrance/exit points.
