TAM Docents: July Shifts and Updates

Hello Docents-

A few notes from today’s training for those who could not attend:

This was the last training until fall. I will send out the training schedule as soon as I am able to get firm confirmation on the dates and times.

Tonight is the Annual Meeting from 6 – 8 pm. Helen Drutt will be talking and it is very highly recommended that you attend.

As of right now, I have just 4 RSVP’s for the July 12 (noon) tour at Seattle Art Museum. Please get your RSVP’s in this week if you want to attend because I will have to cancel if I do not see more interest.

Tacoma Art Museum will be closed this Saturday, July 4. The Administrative offices will be closed on Friday, July 3 in observance of the holiday.

Finally, I have some shifts that still need filled for July:

Friday, July 10               11 am – 3 pm

Tuesday, July 14            1 pm – 5 pm

Thursday, July 16        5 – 8 pm ( This is Third Thursday and we advertise a 6 pm tour)

Saturday, July 18           11 am – 3 pm

Thursday, July 23           11 am – 3 pm

Friday, July 24               11 am – 3 pm

Tuesday, July 28            1 pm – 5 pm

Wednesday, July 29        11 am – 3 pm

Thursday, July 30           11 am – 3 pm

Friday, July 31               11 am – 3 pm

 

Please help with one of the shifts above, if you can. We are already seeing an increase in visitors!
