Docent Sign-In Sheet at the security entrance

Please keep your “shift hours” and “independent study hours” separate when you fill in the Docent Sign-In Sheet at the downstairs security entrance at the parking lot level.

 

What I mean is: if you spend 5 hours at the museum – 4 hours as a docent and 1 hour doing research in the Art Resource Center – please enter “4” as your “total hours this shift” and enter “1” as your “number of independent study hours” (and not “5” as “total hours this shift“ and “1” as “number of independent study hours”).

 

I’m sure most of you are already doing this!
