FW: Training: February 15 or February 22 ??

One more thing: you are, of course, welcome to attend both sessions if you are interested.

And we will try to provide some written notes for the presentations.

In addition to attending the next training, I would also like to know which day you will be attending (Feb. 15 pm or Feb. 22 am), to ensure that the group is split more or less in half so that we can get through all the (10-minute) GAT artist presentations. We currently have 27 docents, so it would be nice to have 14 people presenting at each training.

Please email me which session you will attend: Wednesday, February 15 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm or Wednesday, February 22 from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm.

Thanks for your time!

Subject: Reminder: Training on February 15 or February 22

Please make sure that you attend the next training session:

Wednesday, February 15 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm

OR

Wednesday, February 22 from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm

This will be a workshop for Great American Thing, where you will be doing 10-minute presentations on GAT artists in the galleries.

Please remember that all docents are expected to attend all training sessions – that means both the Introduction and the Workshop/Walk-through portions for each exhibition. If you can’t attend a training session, please let me know in advance if possible. Otherwise, we will probably be contacting you and sending you a tour outline to complete before touring the exhibition.

Thanks for your time!
