Labels for Visitor Maps

Hi Docents:

 

We are still working on little things we can do to better inform the visitors about public tours.  

 

I have had some pretty silver labels printed up that you docents can put on the maps that go to the visitors.  They say “Next Public Tour”, and on the bottom of the label is a place to neatly write in the time.

 

The labels will be kept at the front desk.  If you want to use them, it will be your responsibility to put them on a few of the maps ahead of time and fill in the time of your next tour. 

 

I encourage you to try them out and see if they help with your tour attendance.  We’ll talk about it during the next official docent training as well.
