Thursday, August 26, 7:05 versus those hated Portland Beavers, and we provide all the hotdogs, soda, ice cream and beer (don't bust my chops over the suds). It just sells itself doesn't it?

Never in Tacoma Rainiers history can it be more true to say that the players you see today will be stars for the Mariners tomorrow. No, literally tomorrow! With the hometown nine putting on a nightly show of pitching and the long ball, those gents to the north aint got nothin' on our squad. Heck, traffic has increased to and from Seattle by 13% in the last two months just due to the pitching staff alone. So why go and spend $50 at Safeco when you can spend $5 at Cheney and maybe see a Reindeer dance on the dugout?

Join us. Staff is free. Family, volunteers, or anyone else you can find is only $5.

I need to get a firm count by Thursday, August 12 so I can order tickets.
