your help needed for press release

Dear Docents,

 

Our Communications Department is working on a press release about the docent program as a way to publicize the program and generate interest in this fall’s new docent class. We are looking for comments from a few docents to include in the release. If you are interested in helping out, please email back with a few sentences about why you got involved in the program and/or what you enjoy about it. We are hoping for a few short comments that will give prospective docents a sense of the program benefits and what they might get out of it. You can email directly to Chelsea Perry, Public Relations Assistant, at cperry@tacomaartmuseum.org. If you prefer, you can also stop by next time you’re in, or call Chelsea (ext. 3002) or me (ext. 3016) to discuss over the phone.

 

Please get back to us by next Wednesday, August 4, so we can get the release out in advance of the docent information sessions starting in mid-August.
