docents needed for event on 7/21

Hi All,

 

On Wednesday, July 21, we are hosting an open house for event planners/concierges in the area. This is an important way for the museum to introduce our facilities to the professionals in the region who organize meetings and conferences.

We are looking for two or three docents who could give tours of the museum to people in this group on Wednesday, July 21, from 7:45 to 8:30 (the event starts at 5:30; the tour is scheduled at the end of the evening). There will be about 75 people, so we’d like to divide them into two or three groups to see the museum.
